Kearns Mancini Architects, in joint venture with M Moser Associates, were retained to provide full architectural services for the design, construction documentation and contract administration of one of BMO’s commercial office spaces. Located in a Class-A commercial office tower at 250 Yonge St., Kearns Mancini and M Moser developed a prototypical project and implemented a new set of guidelines for office interiors developed for the Bank of Montreal’s international portfolio.
The new guidelines were developed alongside client input, resulting in a much needed contemporary design approach for the client to utilize in all of its corporate interiors.
Kearns Mancini assisted the Bank of Montreal in refining their program and space layout. Our expertise was critical in the development of custom millwork, detail drawings and a full construction document package.
