Official Opening of the Food and Beverage Hub at George Brown College

Recently, the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (CHCA) at George Brown College celebrated the official opening of its four-storey food, beverage and hospitality hub at 215 King St. E., in downtown Toronto. Designed by Kearns Mancini, the building includes a state-of-the-art wine lab on the third floor, a simulation lab used for sensory evaluation and product launches and a facility for industry food product sampling on the second floor, an event space on the second floor and a refreshed The Chefs’ House restaurant on the ground floor.
